She has her Bachelors Degree in Business and Human Resource Management and has worked in human resources and business operations for over 30 years.
She lived in South Kitsap for ten years and currently lives with her family in Gig Harbor. She is very involved in civic and community activities throughout the peninsula.

 Jesse Bainbridge is the Poulsbo Branch Manager for West Sound Workforce.
Jesse has her Bachelors Degree in Education and is a Certified Career Development Facilitator with experience in training and counseling.
She has lived and worked in Kitsap County since 1986. Jesse has been a Member of WSHRMA since 2002 and has been with West Sound Workforce since 2000.

 Lora Kelly is the Gig Harbor Branch Manager. She joined WSW in February 2000 as the first Recruiter and Staffing Specialist.
Lora previously worked for MultiCare Health Center for 14 years in the areas of marketing and human resources, and has extensive experience as a healthcare recruiter.
She also worked as a nursing staffing specialist for St. Cabrini Hospital in Seattle in the 80's. Having commuted to Seattle and Tacoma for many years, she is now passionate about helping people work in their own community. She currently lives with her family in Port Orchard. |
 Linda Helenberg is the Client Relations Representative for West Sound Workforce.
Linda has her Bachelors Degree in Marketing and Communications from Western Michigan University, and her Master's Degree in Business Management from Central Michigan University.
She has 20 years of experience in sales and marketing, management and human resources, including 11 years with a national staffing company. Linda and her family moved to Gig Harbor from Cincinnati, Ohio. She has been with West Sound Workforce since 2007. |
